| | A NEW GENERATION OF PLOWS PRODUCED BY JSC MOLDAGROTEHNICA PRXM TYPE!
JSC Moldagrotehnica has assimilated into production a new generation of plows that are based on the working bodies of the production of «BELLOTA HERRAMIENTAS JSC» - Spain.
The transition to these organs was determined by market demand for more advanced plows, which would meet the latest requirements and that could compete with the most famous international brands, specializing in the manufacture of plows.
Proceeding of these conditions, JSC Moldagrotehnica has established cooperative relationships with well-known Spanish company «BELLOTA HERRAMIENTAS JSC», which produces working bodies, of German high-quality steel, for most world manufacturers of agricultural machinery.

| | The new wastewater treatment installation !
As a result of a radical increase of production volume, has increased the volume of wastewater.
To treat the new water volume, was purchased a new wastewater neutralization station, type "ESNA pH".
The station is used to neutralize the wastewater from manufacturing processes in the galvanizing sector, as well as those resulting from the surfaces preparation processes from the dyeing sector.
Treated water is discharged through the central drain.
Solid wastes are briquetted and collected by special services.

| | New equipment !
In April 2011 JSC "Moldagrotehnica" has acquired and put into operation the second plasma cutting installation of high accuracy, type "ALPHATOME 25 HP300 HPC DUCTIL EN". In the process of plasma cutting, a constrained arc (plasma arc), locally melts and removes very fast the material, thus, reaching the cutting.
This installation performs the cutting of metal sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.4 to 30 mm, length up to 3000 mm and width up to 2000 mm.
Arc positioning accuracy is ± 0.1 mm.
This installation has allowed:
1. The transition from mechanical cutting to automatic plasma cutting;
2. Uniform distribution of the production process and exceptions congestion at certain stages of production;
3. Increased productivity and product quality;
4. The introduction of advanced production technologies;
5. Reducing production costs.

| | BOILERS PRODUCED BY S.A. MOLDAGROTEHNICA
 Our enterprise MOLDAGROTEHNICA S.A. would like to introduce you our new product. Heating on granules - is a Hi-Tech technology which allows to automate boiler- house process of working. It’s based on granules (wood fuel granules), pressed under pressure in a special granule machine, also it uses sawdust and the other rests from woodworking industries. On the outside granules look as small as cylinders with the diameter from 6 up to 14mm and with the length from 0,5cm up to 3cm. Granules concern to bio-fuel with high calorific characteristics. Thus, unlike other types of fuel, granules have rather low price. Owing to the pressed structure, granules are convenient in transportation and storage. Besides, the cindery rest makes only 1 % from the burned down volume which can be used as fertilizer. All goes to, that sale of the granule will be much more available, because now many enterprises started to let out fuel for boilers on wood granules, and release of the granules is adjusted in many cities. Manufacture of the granules is possible from following materials: • Shavings, sawdust and the other rests from woodworking industries • Straw • The vegetative rests from clean-cultivated crop • Branches and a rod after clearing trees (gardens) and vineyards. Boilers on granules (capacity 17-75 W) have a high level of automation, and their general principles of work are: • Automatic supply of fuel from the bunker as required and air. • Maintenance of the set temperature. Expenses for purchasing and installation of the equipment pay off in the first 1-2 years. The minimal complete set of the equipment of a boiler-house on wood granules includes a boiler equipped by an automatic torch and the bunker. After connection to systems of heating, electro-supply and loading of the bunker with granules, such boiler-house can work for a long time without participation of the person. Periodicity of service is about once a week and takes no longer than 10-15 minutes. It is necessary to remove ashes from convective parts, and then to clean ash-box, and the volume of ashes will make all about 10 kg. from 1 ton of the burned down granules. Boilers of manufacture MOLDAGROTEHNICA are equipped with a universal head (torch) and can work on following types of fuel:
• Granules of a various origin
• Coal of fine fraction, M; With; ÌÑ (from 5 up to 25 mm)
• Oats

| | New product - Universal coupling TerraLift
 TerraLift - a universal coupling designed for aggregating several types of units in a tandem. This allows you to create various configurations of combinators. As well as building-block of several units of the same brand to increase the width and the use of small units with high-class tractor power.
On the basis of universal design, we have the opportunity to create the following combinations: Use TerraLift for the coupling of two disk harrows type D-2.5 which provides the width of the coupling of processing up to 5 m. Use TerraLift for the coupling of two combinators type APS-3 in a coupled form the width of the processing of 6 m. | |
